Truss Clamp with D-Ring

The Truss Clamp with D-Ring is a heavy-duty rigging solution designed to create a secure hanging point directly from pipe or truss. Built around a Mega-Coupler body, this clamp features a forged steel eye nut that delivers a dependable connection for shackles, spansets, chain motors, and overhead rigging hardware.

The forged D-Ring is permanently secured to the Mega-Coupler with a 1/2" flathead socket screw and factory-applied Loctite for maximum reliability. The eye connection sits 2-3/4" below the pipe centerline, providing proper drop clearance for clean rigging geometry. The swivel design allows the eye to orient correctly before loading, ensuring proper alignment and reduced side loading.

The Mega-Coupler fastens securely to 1-1/4" pipe (1.660" OD) through 2.050" OD truss tube, covering standard schedule 40 pipe and common truss chord sizes. A wide wing nut allows fast, tool-free tightening on set, making it ideal for both permanent installs and rapid production builds.
